Yes! All EART sunglasses feature polarized UV400 lenses that block 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays while reducing glare for optimal visual clarity.
How durable are wooden sunglasses?
Very durable! When properly cared for, wooden sunglasses can last for years. They're treated with protective coatings and are surprisingly resilient. We include a care guide with every purchase.

Will each pair look exactly like the photos?
Since we use natural wood, each pair has unique grain patterns and color variations. This makes your sunglasses truly one-of-a-kind! The overall style and shape will match our photos.
How do I know which size to choose?
Most of our designs come in a standard size that fits most face shapes comfortably. Specific measurements are listed on each product page. If you're unsure, our customer service team is happy to help!
Can I get prescription lenses?
Currently, we offer non-prescription sunglasses only. However, many opticians can fit prescription lenses into our frames. Contact us for recommendations.

Processing takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times: Kenya 2-4 days, East Africa 5-7 days, International 10-21 days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our workshop in Nairobi, Kenya. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
We package everything carefully, but if damage occurs, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. You'll receive a full refund minus return shipping costs.

Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, extreme temperatures, and chemical cleaners. Store in the provided case when not in use. With proper care, they'll last for years!
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! All EART sunglasses come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This doesn't cover normal wear, accidents, or misuse.
