1. Product Information

Handcrafted Nature: Each pair of EART sunglasses is handcrafted from natural wood. Due to the organic nature of our materials, variations in wood grain, color, and texture are normal and make each piece unique.

UV Protection: All EART sunglasses feature UV400 lenses that block 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays, providing maximum protection for your eyes.

Product Images: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to natural variations in wood and screen display settings, actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices: All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Currency: Prices may be displayed in different currencies for your convenience, but all transactions are processed in USD.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. As each piece is handcrafted, custom orders may take 7-14 business days.

Shipping: We ship worldwide from our workshop in Nairobi, Kenya. Shipping times vary by destination:

• • Kenya: 2-4 business days
• • East Africa: 5-7 business days
• • International: 10-21 business days

Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order's progress.

4. Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy: We want you to love your EART sunglasses. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, cases, and accessories included.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different style or size. Contact us at hello@eartkenya.com to arrange an exchange.

5. Warranty & Care

One-Year Warranty: All EART sunglasses come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.

Care Instructions: To maintain your wooden sunglasses:

• • Avoid exposure to water and extreme temperatures
• • Store in the provided case when not in use
• • Do not use chemical cleaners or solvents

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the defect.

Personal Information: We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide customer service. Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.

Communication: By making a purchase, you agree to receive order confirmations and shipping updates via email. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

EART and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Product Use: Our sunglasses are designed for everyday sun protection. They are not suitable for direct solar observation, eclipse viewing, or use with tanning equipment.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
